First Philippine Industrial Park is looking for a Civil Engineer who has knowledge/experience in using the STAAD Program.

What you'll be doing:

• Inspects FPIP and Subsidiaries' construction project
• Ensures conformity of work requirements / technical specifications
• Evaluate change orders and request for time extension and claim of contractors
• Facilitate the conduct of tests needed for the completion of the projects (i.e. FDT, concrete mix, road alignments, etc.)
• Coordinates and conducts meetings with contractors
• Acts as Project In-Charge for assigned task
• Provide in-house estimates to other department’s request
• Dedicates time and effort to ESH activities of the project
• Provides support and conforms to IMS standards and procedures
• Provides support to the Company’s overall program

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 1-3 years of experience
• Familiarity with STAAD Program.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time
