Description

  • Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve any payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment statuses.
  • Provide excellent customer service while discussing payment plans and solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection activities and progress.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate account reconciliation.

Requirement

  • Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
