Description
- Conduct experiments and analyze chemical compounds to support product development.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper safety protocols are followed.
- Document results and findings of experiments in detailed reports for review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in chemical research.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
- Experience Level: At least 3 years of experience in cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance product development.
- Skills and Competencies: Skilled in product evaluation, with strong knowledge of testing criteria and evaluation processes for different types of products.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
