Key Responsibilities
- Verification: Match physical cargo against invoices, packing lists, or manifests
- Inspection: Check for damages, leaks, or incorrect labeling before acceptance or dispatch
- Security: Ensure seals are intact and only authorized goods pass through the gateway
- Reporting: Document and escalate discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or damages immediately
Job Requirements
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Knowledgeable in checking, verifying, and monitoring incoming and outgoing items
- Detail-oriented with accurate documentation skills
- Familiar with inventory procedures and basic reporting
- Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment
