About the Role
We are looking for a Chat Support Staff to handle customer inquiries via live chat. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and provide a fast, friendly experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer chats promptly and professionally
- Answer questions about orders, shipping, returns, and products
- Troubleshoot basic customer issues
- Escalate complex problems when needed
- Meet response time and satisfaction targets
