- Provide professional and efficient non-voice support to customers via chat.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0–2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent written communication skills.
