What is your mission?

  • Adhere to procedures and work flows for managing interactions, both voice (inbound, outbound, consultation, escalation, etc.) and non-voice (email, reporting, information processing, etc.)
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned



Requirements :

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or college degree is preferred, but also consider HS/SHS graduates based on work experience and assessments.
  • Must have at least 1 year and 6 months of BPO experience in blended or straight sales
  • Customer service and sales knowledge in computer use and navigation of electronics products
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts.
  • Must be willing to work on a project-based contract for a minimum of 2 months.
  • With capability to work from home and with access to a quiet and secured room and at least a 30 MBPS internet subscription
  • Can work onsite in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
