The CCTV Specialist ensures that branch operations comply with BSP regulations and internal policies by monitoring jewelry, gadget, forex, and other pawnshop transactions through CCTV systems. This role is responsible for conducting CCTV monitoring and surveillance analysis across all branches to ensure proper implementation of operational procedures, detect irregularities, and recommend process improvements based on findings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CCTV Monitoring & Surveillance

• Conduct real-time monitoring and review of CCTV footage from all branches
• Identify suspicious behavior, irregular transactions, or potential security threats
• Detect internal and external modus operandi through video analysis
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure strict compliance with BSP rules, regulations, and company appraisal standards
• Verify QA audit findings through CCTV evidence
• Monitor proper implementation of operational procedures across branches
• Reporting & Documentation
• Document all findings accurately and submit reports to immediate supervisor
• Escalate critical issues for investigation and corrective action
• Maintain proper records of surveillance reviews and QA findings

Risk Detection & Analysis

• Analyze CCTV footage for fraud, unauthorized activities, or policy violations
• Provide recommendations to improve branch compliance and security systems
• Support continuous improvement of QA monitoring processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least college level of any related course
• Minimum 3 years of experience in branch operations, compliance, or similar roles
• Experience in pawnshop operations (jewelry, gadgets, forex appraisal) is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of CCTV monitoring, audit processes, and compliance standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
