Responsibilities

• Active Surveillance: Continuously watch multiple live and recorded video feeds to detect unauthorized access, suspicious activities, or emergencies.
• Equipment Operation: Use joysticks, keyboards, and mouse controls to pan, tilt, and zoom cameras for clearer identification.
• Incident Response: React to alarms, track suspects, and promptly notify on-ground security teams or local law enforcement.
• Evidence Management: Record, store, label, and export video footage to assist in investigations or legal/court proceedings.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of all observations, incidents, and equipment malfunctions.
