HOWSTEN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION
- Monitor CCTV footage in real-time to ensure safety and security.
- Review recorded footage for incidents or suspicious activities.
- Report any irregularities to security personnel or law enforcement.
- Maintain logs and documentation of incidents.
- Assist with investigations as needed.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Electronic Security or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in CCTV operations and electronic security systems.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in monitoring surveillance systems, door access, alarm systems, and IT knowledge.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in a control room, requires vigilance and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong observational skills, integrity, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
