The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges. This role plays a key part in creating a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Receive payments (cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallets)
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Assist customers with inquiries in a friendly manner
- Balance cash register at the beginning and end of shifts
Job Requirements
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- With or without experience (experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Working Location
SM by the BAY. MOA Complex, Seaside Blvd, Pasay City, 1300 Metro Manila, Philippines
