JOB SPECIFICATIONS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an Accounting or Business-related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in cashiering.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Highly organized and attentive to details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accountable for cash and/or check payments received from lot buyers and payments turned-in by the collectors.
• Issuance of PR/OR on all daily collections received including PDCs.
• Validates ORs issued by collectors against cash remittance.
• Custodian of OR’s and PRs. Control the issuance, monitors release and replenishment.
• Prepares deposit slip for all collections to be deposited.
• Custodianship of Petty Cash Fund and/or Revolving Fund and Post-dated checks.
• Maintain master file of Daily CRJ and its corresponding copy of deposits slips.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
