Description
- Handle daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Support sales initiatives through effective communication and teamwork
- Participate in training programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a sales or cashier role. Experience in Retail/I.T industry
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, sales training, sales management, and teamwork
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage cash transactions and assist with after-sales management
- Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset
