Process all customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments.
Greet customers, present menus, and provide detailed information about daily specials and restaurant promotions.
Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area and complete other general cleaning duties.
Assist with inventory and restocking of food and beverages as needed.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information regarding the food and services at Alvay Restaurant.
Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations specific to the Food & Beverage industry.

Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a High/Senior High School degree.
Experience Level: No previous experience required.
Skills and Competencies: Should have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties: Handle transactions, maintain accurate cash drawer, provide customer assistance, and perform daily account settlements.
Working Conditions: Be prepared to work in a fast-paced retail environment, which may include weekends and holidays.
