Description

  • Issues official receipt for all collection received;
  • Prepares daily production report, daily collection reports and daily cash receipts;
  • Files copies of official receipts and deposit slips;
  • Monitors and updates all the 1CISP bank accounts and claims funds;
  • In-charge for the issuance of accountable forms;
  • Ensures proper posting of transactions;
  • Coordinates with the banks for any discrepancy noted between the banks books and the books of cooperative;
  • Prepares deposit slips from collection to authorize banks;
  • In charge in presentation of checks for claims and other disbursements.
  • Maintains current and accurate records of cash receipts and disbursement in the prescribed form;
  • Balances cash on drawer against receipts;
  • Ensures resolution of discrepancies between cash on drawer and receipts;
  • Prepares and maintains various records, reports and files of transaction data;
  • Prepares report requested by immediate head; and
  • Performs other task as may be required by immediate superior and/or higher management.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s/ college degree related to business and/finance;
  • 1 year of working experience in treasury operations is an advantage;
  • Must be good with numbers and is detail oriented;
  • With good oral and written communication skills;
  • With good interpersonal skills; and
  • Computer literate
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City
