Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Staff to join our furniture manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production, assembly, finishing, and quality inspection of furniture products while ensuring adherence to company standards, safety procedures, and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of furniture products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform sanding, cutting, drilling, fitting, finishing, packing, and other production-related tasks as assigned.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Follow workplace safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials and finished goods within the facility.
• Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Support other production activities as required by the production team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational graduate.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, furniture production, woodworking, or assembly work is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and render overtime when necessary.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Willing to be assigned to different production processes as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery.
• Familiarity with furniture assembly and finishing processes.
• Ability to use measuring tools and read simple production instructions.
