Description
- Oversee and manage call center and data management projects to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
- Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to align project goals with company objectives.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, regularly updating senior management.
- Implement process improvements and best practices within the operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in project management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in project implementation, adept in data and operation management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring; coordinate team activities and report progress.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional on-site visits; standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, and adaptable.
