- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication.
- Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries and issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language
