Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. No prior BPO or call center experience is required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
• Resolve basic customer concerns professionally
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during customer interactions
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Document customer interactions and update account information
• Meet assigned performance and quality standards

Qualifications:

• No BPO or call center experience required
• At least Senior High School graduate
• Good communication skills in English
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Computer literate
• Customer-oriented and willing to learn
• Must be reliable, professional, and a team player
