- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and complaints.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0-2 years of experience in customer service or call center
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide accurate information
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
