A CSR’s primary role is to deliver excellent customer service by assisting clients with questions, complaints, or requests regarding products or services. Typical duties include:
- Responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to address customer inquiries and issues
- Providing product or service information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions
- Processing orders, returns, payments, and claims, ensuring accuracy in data entry and order management
