Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service
