• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required by the team.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Working Conditions: Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
