Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required by the team.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
