We are looking for a Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, provide excellent assistance, and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Meet performance targets such as attendance, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
