- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions
- Document customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma /SHS
- Experience Level: NO EXP REQUIRED
