We are seeking for aspiring and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

1. Handle inbound calls from customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable support
2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
3. Escalate complex matters to supervisors as needed
4. Provide updates to customers on the status of their requests
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver a consistently high level of service

Qualifications

1. Amenable to work in Alabang and Night Shift
2. Highschool graduate, SHS graduate, Fresh graduate, with or without experience are welcome to apply!
