Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls.
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document call details properly.
Job Requirements
- Open for with or without BPO experience.
- High School Graduate, SHS Grad, College Grad or Undergrad.
- With PC/Laptop to use for Assessment.
- Good to excellent in communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite.
