  • Responsibilities and Duties: Answer calls, resolve customer issues, and maintain detailed records of interactions.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, with possible evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and a team player.
