Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting problems and resolving complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve targeted performance metrics, such as call handling time and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; strong customer service skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication abilities; patience and empathy.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
