What the Job Entails
- Frontline Support: Answer customer questions, help with account configurations, and fix issues via call, chat, or email.
- Problem Solving: Dive into customer complaints, identify the actual issue, and solve it efficiently.
- CRM Updates: Accurately input details from every customer interaction into our tracking system.
