Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and service procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0-2 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining service quality.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
