  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.
  • Capture customer information, record call details, and follow up on unresolved issues.

Requirements :

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience required, preferably in a customer service environment.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Proficient in the English language both in verbal and written communications.
    • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude.
    • Effective problem-solving abilities to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
    • Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Answering incoming calls and addressing customer queries and complaints.
    • Providing product and service information to customers.
    • Logging call information and maintaining accurate customer records.
    • Collaborating with team members to achieve better results and high customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily in-office role with potential for high-volume call periods; may be required to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; patient and empathetic; adept at multitasking and handling stressful situations calmly.
