We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled CAD Designer who can transform architectural concepts into accurate construction drawings and visual presentations.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BS Arch / BArch)
• Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in Drafting are welcome to apply      
• At least two (2) years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion
• Knowledgeable in Revit and SolidWorks
• Strong drafting skills and solid understanding of engineering and construction standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Committed to delivering quality, accurate, and timely work

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models that accurately represent architectural
• design concepts, construction plans, and client requirements 
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers throughout the design process to
• ensure optimal space utilization, including structural and utility considerations   
• Ensure that design drawings comply with applicable building codes and architectural standards    
• Prepare and organize documentation required for building permit applications   
• Maintain and organize CAD files for proper documentation, tracking, and easy retrieval
• throughout the project lifecycle  
• Monitor and validate compliance with design intent and technical specifications during
• the construction phase     
• Assist the Lead Designer during site visits, client meetings, and project presentations when necessary
