Job Description
岗位职责：
1. 拓展并维护渠道、代理（IB）、机构及 KOL 合作伙伴，扩大平台用户与生态规模；
2. 对接贵金属／外汇等传统金融交易社区资源，建立长期合作关系；
3. 制定区域市场拓展策略，达成商务增长目标；
4. 为合作伙伴提供对接、培训与运营支持，维护伙伴关系；
5. 收集一线市场与用户反馈，与产品、运营团队协作迭代。
任职要求：
1. 3年以上 CFD／外汇／贵金属／差价合约／券商／金融衍生品行业的商务拓展、渠道或销售经验；
2. 自带渠道、代理／IB、社区或 KOL 资源者优先；
3. 熟悉 Web3／链上／加密衍生品行业者优先；
4. 结果导向、抗压、具备独立开拓市场的能力。
