- 职位描述：
负责公司亚洲市场的本地化战略推进、合作伙伴拓展及生态资源建设，帮助公司建立本地竞争优势。需深入了解目标市场的行业动态、监管政策与支付生态，推动本地资源落地及合规布局。
- 主要职责：
1、目标市场行业调研：分析市场需求、监管政策、竞争环境，识别业务机会与风险；
2、制定并推动市场落地策略，整合当地资源；
3、开发维护当地银行、金融机构、行业协会等核心合作关系；
4、对接监管机构、法律顾问等外部资源，推进合规建设；
5、协助推进当地牌照及金融资质落地，与行业头部机构建立合作；
6、搭建本地资源网络，支持业务扩张；
7、持续输出市场分析，提升团队对当地市场的认知。
- 任职要求：
1、本科及以上，金融、经济、市场营销、国际商务等相关专业优先；
2、3年以上支付、金融科技、银行或电子钱包行业经验；
3、熟悉亚洲市场，了解当地银行合作体系、清算结算流程；
4、具备国际业务拓展或市场落地经验，有0到1项目经验者优先；
5、拥有当地银行、金融机构或行业资源者优先；
6、英语流利（必须），掌握印尼语、乌尔都语等语言优先；
7、优秀的商务谈判、资源整合及跨部门协作能力。
