Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth for FMGT Electrical Installation Services within the electrical services industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Participate in networking events and conferences to represent FMG Premium Solution.
- Prepare regular reports or quotation on progress, forecasts, and business development.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Identifying and developing new business opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. Conducting market research and analysis.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with the necessity for occasional travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- With PHILGEPS and bidding experience.
