Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder (Marketing or Business Management is an advantage)
- 3+ years’ experience in PH Payroll Solutions / SaaS / HRMS Services as a BDM
- Experience in end-to-end sales, from market research to closing
- Background in B2B sales and marketing is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools and lead generation/CRM tools
