Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC systems and services
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and technical presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for design and implementation
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide technical support and after-sales service when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in HVAC sales, or engineering (preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems (VRF, chiller systems, split-type, etc.)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
Preferred Skills
- AutoCAD or similar software knowledge
- Experience in B2B sales
- Strong presentation and client-handling skills
