Job Responsibilities
I. Site Sourcing Activities
- Coordinate with brokers and landowners to collect property data, evaluate potential sites, and conduct site inspections.
- Prepare reports and manage communications with brokers, including scheduling meetings and providing updates.
II. Negotiation
- Prepare proposals and contracts, and identify property-related concerns (e.g., tenancy issues, tax obligations).
- Provide research, analysis, and insights to support negotiations with key decision-makers.
III. Business Planning
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and site visits to gather relevant data.
- Present findings to support evaluation, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
IV. Documentation
- Secure and organize essential property documents (e.g., titles, tax declarations) and other legal requirements as needed.
- Ensure all records related to property acquisition are accurate, complete, and well-maintained.
V. Permits and Licensing
- Prepare and process permit applications in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized permit records and assist in identifying and resolving related issues.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, other Engineering disciplines, Management, Property Development, Real Estate.
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in real estate, preferably with exposure to land acquisition and permitting processes.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with brokers, landowners, and internal stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of real estate acquisition processes and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- Preferably holds a valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 and/or 2).
