- Lead growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities in the HR & Recruitment sector for Verifacts Inc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, expanding our market reach.
- Collaborate across teams to develop tailored services for client acquisition and retention.
- Strategically negotiate contracts to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends to align business strategies with industry dynamics.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in business development and sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales acumen, market research, negotiation skills, financial analysis, proficiency in CRM software, and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, collaborating with the marketing team, meeting sales targets, and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with the possibility of travel for client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Qualities and Traits: A strategic thinker with keen analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
