  • Lead growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities in the HR & Recruitment sector for Verifacts Inc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, expanding our market reach.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop tailored services for client acquisition and retention.
  • Strategically negotiate contracts to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends to align business strategies with industry dynamics.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in business development and sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong sales acumen, market research, negotiation skills, financial analysis, proficiency in CRM software, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, collaborating with the marketing team, meeting sales targets, and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with the possibility of travel for client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
