Description

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving company goals. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for driving business growth.


  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels, including market research, networking, and social media.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our services/products and understand their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to establish long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in creating and presenting compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and company capabilities.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support client meetings, follow-up activities, and negotiation processes.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, client interactions, and sales progress to management.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to help improve services/products and address client concerns effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or client-facing role (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to company success.
