- Conduct job market research to identify hiring trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates.
- Maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong safety practices, mechanical skills, troubleshooting abilities, effective communication, and collaboration skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure safety protocols, perform mechanical repairs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members.
- Working Conditions: Varied environment, may involve physical labor and use of technology.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and a team player.
