Description
- Do the regular rounds to all properties assigned to ensure everything is in good condition.
- Remove existing grout using either manual or powered tools
- Clean the surface before applying new grout
- Apply new grout with a caulk gun
- Let the new grout dry for 24 hours
- Use a damp sponge to clean off any excess grout residue.
- Complete tasks that will be given from time to time and report to the Facilities Supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be with knowledge in regrouting
- Must be physically fit to work and can lift heavy materials
- Can provide medical exams and valid NBI or Police clearance
- Can start immediately
