- Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, circuit breakers, and power distribution panels.
- Handle day-to-day repair requests for office fixtures, furniture, doors, lockers, ceilings, flooring, and workstations.
- Support IT team during hardware relocation in coordination with power and cable management needs.
- Ensure all repairs and tasks comply with building codes, safety regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, repair materials, electrical supplies, and spare parts
- Expertise in using various hand and power tools for carpentry, masonry, metalworking, and painting.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
