Are you an organized professional with a passion for retail operations and tenant relations? Whitestone Holdings is looking for a dedicated Mall Administration Officer/Staff to join our team in Zambales!

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants.

Operational Oversight: Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.

Financial Administration: Manage collections and payments.

Lease & Construction: Oversee lease contracts and fit-out guidelines.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field.

Experience in mall/retail operations is a plus!

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Zambales.
