As a Building Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ensuring the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of all building systems and facilities. This role involves performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance issues, and ensuring that the building environment is safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is preferred.
• Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
