Description
- Checks and respond to the security and safety issues of the entire facility
- Conducts regular inspections to determine areas needed attention and perform the tasks
- Performs general cleaning duties on an as-needed basis, including hard-to-reach light fixtures
Requirements
- Graduate of any Engineering course or vocational course related to Engineering
- Experience in building systems (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning)
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills for fixing maintenance issues
