As a leader in the marketing team, you will be at the forefront of transforming creative ideas into actionable, result-oriented campaigns. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that each brand activation resonates well with the intended audience while staying true to our core values of integrity and innovation.

In this role, you will:

• Assist in developing comprehensive brand activation plans tailored to each client's objectives.
• Assist in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify innovative brand activation campaign opportunities.
• Tracking and evaluating the performance of brand activation campaigns using relevant metrics.
• Providing regular updates and reports on the progress of brand activation initiatives to senior management.
• Troubleshoot issues and address any challenges that may arise during brand activation projects.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify key learnings and areas for optimization.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sports Education.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in marketing roles or Sports Related roles ( diving, swimming, paddle sports exp. is a plus)
• Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute marketing strategies, oversee market research, manage social media presence, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours, occasional extra hours during project deadlines, and some travel may be required.
