- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community partners.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance and growth opportunities.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a retail store manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of retail operations, and sales strategies
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Familiarity with meet sales targets
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
